| 摘 要： | 目的探讨陈旧性心肌梗死发病后对心率变异（HRV）的影响。方法86 例陈旧性心肌梗死患者为陈旧性心梗组，选择 78 例年龄及性别与陈旧性心肌梗死组相匹配的健康志愿者为对照组。入选的患者及健康志愿者进行24 h动态心电图监测，采 用计算机分析系统对HRV 时域指标（NN、SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50）及频域指标（VLF、LF、HF、LF/HF）进行分析。结 果与对照组比较，陈旧性心肌梗死组患者HRV的各项指标均较对照组显著降低（P < 0.05）。结论陈旧性心肌梗死患者存 在心血管自主神经系统功能紊乱现象。 |

Clinical Analysis of the Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Old Myocardial Infarction |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of old myocardial infarction on the heart rate variability. Methods Totally 86 patients with old myocardial infarction and 78 healthy people were enrolled in the study. Twenty-four-hour heart rate variability in the time domains in- cluding NN，SDNN，SDANN，RMSSD，and PNN50 and the frequency domains including VLF，LF，HF，and LF/HF were analyzed. Results Both the time domain and frequency domain indexes of the heart rate variability in patients with old myocardial infarction significantly de- creased than those in the healthy peolple（P < 0.05）. Conclusion There might be autonomic nervous system dysfunction in the patients with old myocardial infarction. |
