本文旨在探讨大强度跑台运动后即刻及其恢复期尿总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALb)、β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-mG)和溶菌酶(LYS)排泄的变化及与心率(HR)、血乳酸(LA)恢复在时间上的相关性。

Abstract:
The occurence of increased urinary excretion of proteins during exercise has been known for a century. The previous studies have been done mainly on the changes of urinary protein excretion rate before and at the end of exercise, and there are few studies concerned with the dynamic changes of urinary protein excretion after exercise. In our study, 12 young male subjects took part in the treadmill running exercise, the work load is about 90% VO_2 max of each subject. The urinary samples were collected before, at the end of exercise and during the recovery period, the latter samples were collected every 20 min. Urinary total protein, albumin, β_2-microglobulin, lysozyme and blood lactate, heart rate were measured.At the end of exercise, blood lactate rose to 96.6 mg%, urinary total protein, albumin and lysozyme excretion rates increased 8.5,8.7, 12 fold respectively, while the β_2-microglobulin excretion rate increased 132 fold. The decline of total protein, albumin, lysozyme, and β_2-microglobulin excretion during recovery period followed an exponential curve, but the recovery time of β_2-microglobulin was longer. The decline of heart rate and lactate both followed a hyperbolic curve, but after 80 min. resting, heart rate was still above the resting value.The results suggest that the excretion of protein in urine after strenous running is a transient state with a recovery time of approximately 1 hour. The type of exercise-induced post-exercise proteinuria is of mixed glomerular-tubular type.
