切开挂线术在肛周脓肿治疗中的应用疗效分析

摘    要:
目的探讨切开引流挂线术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法收集我院肛肠外科2012年1月~2013年12月间收治的肛周脓肿患者100例,按照手术治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规脓肿切开引流术,观察组患者给予一次性切开引流挂线术,比较两组治疗效果。结果实施一次性切开引流挂线术的观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,术后复发率及肛瘘形成率低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论一次性切开引流挂线术治疗肛周脓肿可有效地提高治疗效果,降低复发率及肛瘘形成率,临床应用价值显著。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effects of incision-thread-drawing surgery for treatment of perianal abscess. Methods 100 patients with perianal abscess admitted and treated in the Department of Anal-Colorectal Surgery of our hospital from Jan 2012 to Dee 2013 were selected and assigned to the control group and the observation group according to surgical treatment methods. The control group was given routine abscess incision and drainage surgery while the observation group was given one-time incision-thread-drawing surgery.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The patients given one-time incision-thread-drawing surgery in the observation group had higher total effective rate and lower postoperative relapse rate and anal fistula rate than the control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion One-time incision-thread-drawing surgery can effectively improve the therapeutic effects of perianal abscess, and reduce the relapse rate and anal fistula rate,with significant value for clinical application.
