| 摘 要： | 恶性肿瘤常常起因于由物理、化学以及生物（病毒、细菌和寄生虫）等因素诱发的细胞癌变，严重威胁着人类的生命和健康。清热解毒中药具有抗病原微生物、抗内毒素、抗炎、提高机体免疫能力及清除热毒等功效，能够用于治疗恶性肿瘤。鉴于该类中药在治疗恶性肿瘤过程中独特的临床疗效，以及该类中药越来越受到广泛的关注和重视，对《中国药典》2010年版载录的45种清热解毒中药的抗肿瘤作用研究进展进行概述。
