| 针刺对急性脑梗塞患者脑血流量的影响 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文报告采用头针结合体针配合电针疗法对33例急性脑梗塞患者脑血流量（CBF）治疗前后对比观察P＜0．01，有显著变化。治疗前，33例患者中有30例患者CBF低于45ml／100g／min，22例低于40ml／100g／min，15例低于35ml／100g／min。治疗结果：33例患者中有16例CBF低于45ml／100g／min，8例低于40ml／100g／min，4例低于35ml／100g／min。具体数据经统计处理显示：针刺对本病患者CBF有良好调节作用，这种作用是针刺治疗急性脑梗塞的重要机理。 |

| Abstract: | Significant changes had been found in cerebral blood flow (CBF) of 33 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients treated with combination of head and body acupuncture and electroacupuncture by comparative study be fore and after treatment. Prior to treatment,of 33 cases, CBF of 30 cases was lower than 45ml/100g/min, 22 cases lower than 40ml/100g/min, 15 cases lower than 35ml /100g/min ; after treatment, CBF of 16 cases was lower than 45ml/100g/min , 8 cases lower than 40ml /100g/min, 4 patients lower than 35ml/100g/min. Statistical analysis indicated that acupuncture has beneficial effect on acute cerebral infarction patients. This effect is an important mechanism in treating acute cerebral infarction by acupuncture. |
