| 摘 要： | 目的 评价双腔起搏器睡眠功能的可靠性及临床应用效果。方法 18例因病窦综合征及完全性房室传导阻滞置入带有睡眠功能的双腔起搏器。睡眠时间设在 6～ 8小时。睡眠频率设为 4 0～ 5 0次 /min ,术后行Holter检查。结果 所有患者起搏器睡眠功能均正常工作 ,无 1例患者睡眠时有不适感。结论 双腔起搏器睡眠功能工作可靠 ,更趋生理化 ,并能节省电能 ,是起搏治疗时一项有实用价值的功能设置。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sleep
function in patients treated with dual-chamber pacer. Methods Eighteen patients affected by
sick sinus syndrome and complete atrial-ventricular block were implanted dual-chamber
pacemakers with sleep function. Sleep time was designed at 6-8 hours. The sleep rate was
programmed at 40-50 bpm. All patients had received Holter examination after implantation
of the pacer. Results The sleep function is working normally in all patients.
Patients had no uncomfortable sensation during sleeping. Conclusion The sleep function is a reliable
and useful new algorithm of dual-chamber pacemaker. |
