全膝关节置换术围术期护理中循证护理模式对患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨全膝关节置换术围术期护理中循证护理模式对患者生活质量的影响。方法将本院收治的120例需要行全膝关节置换术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，均采取全膝关节置换术进行治疗，对照组患者给予常规护理模式进行护理，观察组患者给予循证护理模式进行护理，比较两组患者的生活质量和患者对护理方式的满意度。结果两组在自身生活质量评分比较中，治疗后得分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)；两组治疗后的生活质量评分比较中，观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。两组患者的满意度比较，观察组的总满意率为98.3%，显著高于对照组总满意率85%，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论循证护理模式在全膝关节置换术围术期护理中有利于减少并发症的发生，能够促进患者关节功能的早期恢复，对提高患者生活质量和提高护士的综合素质水平具有重要意义，值得临床推广使用。

Impact of evidence-based nursing model on patients ' living quality in perioperative nursing after total knee arthroplasty

Objective To explore the impact of evidence-based nursing model on patients ' living quality in perioperative nursing after total knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 120 patients suffering from knee-joint ailment, who were cured in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases each group. All the patients were treated with the method of total knee arthroplasty. The observation group was adopted routine nursing mod-el, while the control group was adopted evidence-based nursing model. Then the two groups' living quality and satisfac-tion with the nursing model were compared. Results The living quality scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0. 05), and the observation groups' score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The satisfaction degree of the observa-tion group (98. 3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85%), the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is conducive to inhibiting complication in perioperative nursing after total knee arthroplasty, and recuperate earlier. In addition, it bears great significance for meliorating patients ' living and advancing comprehensive quality of nurses. Therefore, it is worth the clinical promotion and application.
