护理延伸服务在膀胱癌患者膀胱镜下切除术后的价值

目的：研究护理延伸服务的具体措施及对膀胱癌患者行膀胱镜下电切术后的价值。方法选择2012年2月至2014年2月入本院诊断为膀胱癌并行膀胱镜下电切术患者共66例，该研究取得本院伦理委员会通过及患者、家属的知情同意后，根据入院先后顺序将其随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(36例)，对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组给予护理延伸服务措施，对比护理效果差异性。结果观察组院内术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组，住院时间显著缩短，护理满意度显著提高，差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。观察组焦虑抑郁评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。观察组院外随访依从性显著提高，生活质量评分显著改善，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论护理延伸服务从内容和范围两个方面提高了膀胱癌患者行膀胱镜下电切术后的效果和远期预后，值得临床应用推广。

Value of postoperative extended nursing service for bladder cancer patients who re-ceived excision operation

Objective To study the value of specific measures of extended nursing service for bladder cancer patients who received excision operation under cystoscope. Methods A total of 66 bladder cancer patients who have re-ceived excision operation under cystoscope from February 2012 to February 2014 were chosen as the research objects. This research has got Ethics Committee's approval and gained the patients' and their relatives' informed-consent. The research objects were randomly individed into control group ( n=30 ) and experimental group ( n=36 ) according to the order of admission. The patients in control group received common nursing, and the patients in experimental group re-ceived extended nursing service. And the effect of nursing was compared. Results Postoperative complication rate of observation group in hospital was significantly lower than that of the control group, the time of hospital stay was signifi-cantly shorter, and nursing satisfaction was significantly improved, the differences had statistical significance ( P<0. 05). Anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . The follow-up visit outside the hospital to observation group showed that the compliance was significantly improved, life quality score got improved significantly, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions Extended care services improve the effect of transurethral resec-tion with the help of bladder endoscope on patients and long-term prognosis from the two sides of content and scope, wor-thy of clinical application and promotion.
