| 摘 要： | 随着体外受精-胚胎移植技术日益发展,促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂(GnRH antagonist,GnRH-ant)方案的应用逐渐增加,拮抗剂方案较常规方案具有更多优势,且可辅以激动剂扳机,可有效降低卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)的发生率。 |

| Abstract: | With the development of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) technique, the application of GnRH antagonist(GnRh-ant) protocol increases adually.GnRH-ant protocol has more advantages than conventional protocol, and it can assist the trigger of GnRH agonist.GnRH antagonist protocolcan effectively reduce the occurrence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrom (OHSS) . |
