凸面底盘联合持续负压吸引在护理回肠造口粪水性皮炎患者的应用分析

目的 探讨凸面底盘联合持续负压吸引对回肠造口粪水性皮炎患者的护理效果.方法 选取我院2010年1月至2014年6月收治的回肠造口周围粪水性皮炎患者100例,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例.对照组采用康乐宝二件式造口袋,观察组采用凸面底盘+持续负压吸引.治疗后7 d,进行疗效、舒适度和疼痛程度评价.结果 观察组和对照组总有效率分别为100.00%和88.00%,两组总有效率比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05).观察组不适程度和治疗后疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组SDS评分和更换造口袋时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 凸面底盘联合持续负压吸引治疗回肠造口粪水性皮炎患者,疗效显著,优于采用康乐宝二件式造口袋,可有效降低患者疼痛程度和不适度,缓解患者抑郁程度,降低更换造口袋时间,值得临床推荐.

Application effect of protrude chassis combined with continuous negative pressure drawing on loop ileostomy patients with manure water dermatitis

Objective To explore the nursing effect of protrude chassis combined with continuous negative pressure drawing on loop ileostomy patients with manure water dermatitis. Methods A total of 100 cases of loop ileosto-my patients with manure water dermatitis in our hospital from Jan. 2010 to Jun. 2014 were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given Kanglebao two piece bag, while patients in observation group were given protrude chassis and continuous negative pressure drawing. The curative effect, comfortable degree and ache degree were evaluated after treatment for 7 days. Results The total effective rate of obser-vation group and control group were 100. 00% and 88. 00%, respectively, with significant differences ( P<0. 05) . The discomfort degree and ache degree of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group ( P<0. 05 ) . The SDS score and time of replacing pockets of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions Protrude chassis combined with continuous negative pressure drawing on loop ileosto-my patients with manure water dermatitis has significant curative effect, and can decrease the discomfort degree, ache degree and depression, which is worthy of being put into clinical practice.
