摘    要:目的:探讨能级管理下的弹性排班对神经外科护士工作倦怠感和工作压力的影响。方法为了减轻护士的工作压力,避免高风险时段护理人员不足的现象,根据护理部下发的《护理岗位说明》将全科护士进行能级分级,建立责任制小组。实施能级管理下的弹性排班。比较排班前后护士工作倦怠感、工作压力以及工作满意度的变化。结果能级管理下弹性排班后,护士的去情感枯竭、去人格化倾向评分低于排班前,个人成就感评分高于排班前,工作压力低于排班前,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。护士对休息时间、人际关系、工作压力安全感等方面的工作满意度高于排班前,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论能级管理下弹性排班能够减少神经外科护士的工作倦怠感和压力,提高护士的工作满意度。

Influence of flexible scheduling under competence level management on job burnout & pressure of neurosurgery department nurses
Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of flexible scheduling under competence level management on job burnout and pressure of neurosurgery department nurses. Methods In order to relieve nurses' job stress and avoid nurse shortage during high-risk period, all nurses were classified based on their competence level according to the Speci-fications for Nursing Post issued by Nursing Department. Besides, responsibility system group was set up and flexible scheduling under competence level management was implemented. The change of the nurses in job burnout, job pressure and job satisfaction before and after the scheduling were compared. Results After the implementation of flexible sched-uling under competence level management, their scores in the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization as well as work pressure were fewer, while their scores in personal achievement were higher than that of before scheduling, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). In addition, their scores in job satisfaction including the rest time, in-terpersonal relationship, work pressure and sense of security were higher than that before scheduling, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions Flexible scheduling under competence level management can re-duce the job burnout and pressure, and increase job satisfaction of neurosurgery department nurses.
