品管圈活动在提高住院患者入院宣教知识知晓率中的应用效果

目的：提高住院患者入院宣教知识知晓率。方法开展以“提高住院患者入院宣教知识知晓率”为主题的品管圈活动，运用品管圈活动程序，针对住院患者入院宣教知识知晓率低进行根源分析，并采取相应的对策。结果患者对病区环境、安全知识、规章制度、患者权利义务(含科室主要人员)和病房设施使用的知晓率显著提高，实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)，实施后知晓率提高幅度为51.76%(57.28%~86.93%)，目标达成率为100.00%，圈员的6项能力自我评价显著提高。结论开展品管圈活动显著提高住院患者入院宣教知识知晓率，使患者尽快熟悉陌生环境，与护士建立良好的护患关系，提高护理服务质量和圈员能力。

Awareness of hospitalization knowledge of inpatients improved by QCC activity

Objective To improve the awareness of hospitalization knowledge of inpatients. Methods A QCC ( Quality Control Circle) activity with the theme of" To Improve Awareness of Hospitalization Knowledge of Inpatients" was car-ried out. The activity adopted QCC procedure, conducted a root cause analysis regarding the awareness rate of hospitali-zation knowledge of inpatients, and adopted corresponding countermeasures. Results The inpatients' awareness of ward environment, safety knowledge, rules and regulations, patients' rights and obligations ( including key personnel of de-partments) and ward facilities' usage were improved significantly. The comparison of the differences before and after the implementation had statistical significance ( average P<0. 01 ) . The range of improved awareness rate after implementa-tion was 51. 76% (57. 28% ~86. 93%) , and the targeted rate was 100. 00%, what's more, six self-evaluated capa-bilities of QCC members were enhanced remarkably. Conclusions The implementation of QCC activity, which signifi-cantly improved the awareness rate of hospitalization knowledge of inpatients, not only enables the patients to get famil-iar with the hospital environment as quickly as possible, but also build good nurse-patient relationships, and thus the nursing service quality and competency of the members of QCC are enhanced.
