摘    要:
小分子RNA(miRNAs)是一种小的内源性的非编码RNA分子,在子宫内膜异位症(EMS)发生发展过程中具有重要的调节功能,miRNAs不仅与EMS相关不孕有关,还与EMS的恶变相关。miRNAs表达稳定,较少受RNA酶的降解,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,可以从组织分泌到血液中.在EMS中miRNAs表达存在差异,推测在将来可通过血液检测miRNAs诊断EMS,也可通过miRNAs拮抗剂及miRNAs模拟物实现对EMS的靶向治疗。

Abstract:
Micro-RNA (miRNA) is a kind of small endogenous non-coding RNA molecule, which plays an important role in regulating the incidence and development of endometriosis (EMS) .It is correlated with EMS associated infertility and canceration of EMS as well. With stable expression and relatively high sensitivity and specificity, miRNAs are rarely degraded by RNA and can secrete into blood. According to difference in miRNAs expression in EMS, it is presumed that EMS could be diagnosed by detecting miRNAs in blood, and that EMS targeted therapy could be performed with miRNAs antagonists and analogies.
