| 摘 要： | 目的评价氟西汀对乳腺癌患者抑郁、焦虑症状的疗效及安全性。方法对 63例乳腺癌伴抑郁症状的患者进行 8周的氟西汀治疗 ,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)评价氟西汀对抑郁、焦虑的疗效 ,采用副反应量表 (TESS)和相关实验室检查评价氟西汀治疗乳腺癌患者抑郁症状的安全性。结果治疗后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪比入组时明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,有效率分别为 65 %和5 2 % ;无明显副反应。结论研究结果表明氟西汀能明显改善乳腺癌伴发的抑郁、焦虑症状 ,起效时间为 2～ 4周 ;氟西汀治疗乳腺癌伴抑郁症状安全性较好 ,副反应轻微

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect and safety of fluoxetine on depression and anxiety symptoms in breast cancer patient. MethodsWe treated 63 breast cancer patients with depression by use of Fluxetine for 8 weeks, at the same time, evaluate the effect and safety of fluoxetine with HAMD?HAMA?TESS and some related laboratory tests. ResultsAfter 8 weeks, patients' scores of anxiety and depression decreased significantly from the baseline(P<0.01), improve rates 65% and 52%. Patients have no significant side effects . Conclusion This study showed that fluoxetine can improve the depression and anxiety symptoms accompanied with breast cancer patient, and the reactive time is 2 to 4 weeks. Fluoxetine has slight side effects. |
