穴位按摩在输尿管镜激光碎石术后疼痛中的应用效果

目的：探讨穴位按摩对缓解输尿管镜激光碎石术后疼痛的效果。方法选择输尿管镜激光碎石术且术后未使用镇痛泵的患者80例，采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例，对照组实施舒适护理模式，观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位按摩法止痛。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分表（ VAS ）评价两组患者的术后疼痛程度，并比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果术前两组患者VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），观察组患者术后第1天、术后第2天、出院前VAS评分分别为（3．98±1.121），（1．18±0．747），（0．83±0．781）分，均低于对照组（5．08±1．457），（3．08±1．228），（1．78±1.097）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t 值分别为3．785，8．361，4．461；P＜0．05）；观察组满意患者92．5％，对照组72．5％，两组满意度比较差异有统计学意义（ Z＝-2．316，P＜0．05）。结论将穴位按摩融入舒适护理模式，可以有效地减轻输尿管镜激光碎石术后患者的疼痛，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Application of the point massage in alleviating the postoperative pain of ureteroscopy laser lithotripsy patients

Objective To explore the effect of the point massage on alleviating the postoperative pain of ureteroscopy laser lithotripsy patients .Methods Eighty ureteroscopy laser lithotripsy patients without the postoperative analgesia pump were chosen and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table , each with 40 cases.The control group received the comfortable nursing , and the observation group received the point massage combined with the comfortable nursing .The degree of postoperative pain was assessed by the visual analog scale （ VAS ） , and the patients ’ satisfaction of nursing work was compared between two groups .Results The difference of the VAS score between two groups before the operation was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The scores of VAS on the first, second day after the operation and before discharging were respectively （3.98 ±1.121）,（1.18 ±0.747）,（0.83 ±0.781） in the observation group, and were lower than （5.08 ±1.457）,（3.08 ±1.228）,（1.78 ±1.097） in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （t =3.785,8.361,4.461, respectively; P〈0.05）.The percent of patients with satisfaction was 92.5% in the observation group, and was 72.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（Z=-2.316,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Application of the point massage combined with the comfortable nursing can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain of ureteroscopy laser lithotripsy patients , and improve the patients ’ satisfaction of nursing work .
