| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经食道超声心动图（TEE）引导Amplatzer封堵器关闭成年继发孔型房间隔缺损（ASD）的应用价值。方法术前应用经胸超声心动图（TTE）及经TEE筛选符合条件的23例成年继发孔型ASD患者,经导管在X线下引导采用TEE指导封堵。结果23例成年患者成功进行了Amplatzer封堵术,均无残余分流及并发症。结论TEE对于成年ASD患者在介入治疗术前、术中具有重要应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of transthoracic echocardiography(TEE) guided closure of atrial septal defect(ASD) in adults with the Amplatzer septal occluder.Methods The study included 23 adult patients with ASD,who were preoperatively selected by transesophageal echocardiography(TTE) and TEE.All occluded operations were performed under the guidance of TEE.Results All the operations on 23 patients were successfully performed and the residual shunting and complications related to the procedure were not observed.Conclusion TEE is of great value in interventional therapy. |
