| 摘 要： | 目的探讨梅毒螺旋荧光抗体IgM检测治疗后梅毒患者复查结果的临床意义。方法1503例梅毒患者经驱梅治疗后在不同时期复查,收集血清标本进行甲苯胺红血清不加热试验(TRUST)、IgG梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(IgG-TPPA)及IgM荧光梅毒螺旋体抗体吸收试验(FTA-ABS-IgM)检测。结果各复查期限内FTA-ABS-IgM阳性率均高于TRUST阳性率,48例(48/1503,3.19%)TRUST持续阳性,经3次以上检测FTA-ABS-IgM均为阴性,判定为血清固定。结论TRUST可用于观察疗效,FTA-ABS-IgM可协助临床判定梅毒复发、再感染及临床治愈,对判定血清固定有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of detecting Treponema pallidum-IgM in the treated syphilis patients with FTA-ABS-IgM.Methods 1 503 serum specimen of the treated syphilis patients were examined by IgG-TPPA、FTA-ABS-IgM and TRUST in different reexamination periods.Results The positive rate of FTA-ABS-IgM was higher than that of TRUST in different reexamination periods.48 cases(48/1 503,3.19%)had continued positive TRUST and negative FTA-ABS-IgM for more than 3 reexaminations,judging them serum fixation.Conclusion TRUST may be used in observation of anti-syphilis treatment effect.FTA-ABS-IgM may provide clinic to judge whether recurrence,reinfection and cure of syphilis or not,and play an important role in serum fixation. |
