摘    要:目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)心肌酶的变化及其临床意义.方法:选择90例窒息新生儿,分为重度窒息组和轻度窒息组;均于生后48小时内采静脉血3ml,应用日本产Olympus AU-1000生化分析仪检测血清天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的活性.结果:AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB活性的变化与新生儿窒息程度呈正相关,差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论:AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB活性测定可作为判断HIE临床分度,评价HIE脑损伤程度,指导治疗有重要的临床意义.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the change and its clinical significance of myocardial enzyme in the neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods: 90 cases of asphyxia of newborn were divided into severe asphyxia and mild asphyxia group.All born within 48 hours were collected 3ml venous blood in which serum aminotransferase(AST),actate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB the activity) were detected by Japan Olympus AU-1000 biochemical analyzer.Results: AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB activity changes and neonatal asphyxia were positively correlated,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB activity determination as to determining HIE clinical grading,evaluating HIE brain injury severity and treatment has important clinical significance.
