| 摘 要： | 用 Waters AccQ.Tag柱前衍生法分析了蜂胶中的氨基酸种类和含量,检出的氨基酸有 LEC,HTS,THR,MEF,PRO,对其中的HIS和MET进行了定量分析。二者的含量分别是11.58和9.60mg·g~(-1) 。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: Various amino acid content in bee glue were analysed by Water AccQ. Tag precolumn derizapization , the detected amino acid had LEC,HTS,THR,MET, and PRO, of which, the HIS and MET received the quantitative analysis, the contents of both were 11.58 and 9.60 mg.g-1, respectively. |
