| 摘 要： | 20例轻-中型哮喘患者采用随机、交叉方式分组,分另于吸入博利康尼气雾剂或安慰剂吸入前、后15’、30’、60’、90’及120’时测定用力呼气肺量图中的下列指标:气流部分平均通过时间(MTT_p)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1.0%)、第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1.0%、中期流速(MMEF)及最大呼气流速值(FEER)。结果显示:吸入安慰剂后MTT_P异常率达76.3%,明显地高于上述其他肺功能指标(P<0.001)。提示MTT_P是一项检测气道阻塞的敏感指标。 |

| Abstract: | In 20 patients with mild-middle asthma,the MTTp, FEV 1. 0,FEV 1. 0%,MMEF and PEFR of lung function were measured before and on 15,30. 60,90 and 120 min-utes after inhaling Bricasol (terbutaline sulphate aerosol)or placebo by method of randomand cross study. The results showed that after inhaling placebo the abnormal rate of MTTpwas 76.3%. It was significanty higher than other indexes of lung function measured above(P<0. 001)It was suggested that the MTTp is a sensitive index of lung function in studyingairway obstruction diseases. |
