| 摘 要： | 目的:研究抑癌基因PTEN蛋白在胆囊癌组织中的表达及临床病理意义。方法:应用免疫组化检测PTEN在20例慢性胆囊炎,30例胆囊癌中的表达,并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果:PTEN蛋白在20例胆囊炎中全都呈阳性表达,而癌组织中PTEN的表达率为70.0%,癌组织中PTEN蛋白阳性表达与患者性别及年龄无明显相关性,但与组织分化程度明显相关。结论:PTEN蛋白在胆囊癌组织中阳性表达率降低,说明该基因表达下调可能在胆囊癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues and its clinicopathological significance.Methods: PTEN protein expression from 20 cases of cholecystitis and 30 cases of gallbladder carcinoma was analyzed by immunohistochmical method.Results: All patients with cholecystitis were positive for PTEN protein.In the 30 cases of gallbladder carcinoma,70.0% were positive for PTEN protein.PTEN expression did not show correlation to sex,age,but there was a significant difference between well-differentiated carcinoma and poorly-differentiated carcinoma.Conclusion: There is a higher incidence of negative expression of PTEN protein in gallbladder carcinoma,which indicates that PTEN gene inactivation may play an important role in the genesis and development of gallbladder carcinoma. |
