| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,随着新药物的应用,使其化疗效果取得了较大的进步,但是耐药仍然是结直肠癌患者化疗过程中面临的主要问题。研究显示,不同患者的肿瘤组织中药物代谢相关酶的表达及活性也不尽相同,这可能是影响化疗疗效和预后的关键因素之一。本文就此作一综述,探讨药物相关酶对结直肠癌化疗疗效和预后的预测作用。
