| 摘 要： | 目的:评价湿润烧伤膏治疗湿疹皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机分组方法分为治疗与对照组,分别接受湿润烧伤膏和丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗,患者每日局部涂药早晚各一次,连续用药2周。结果: 本观察共入选受试者61例(治疗组31例,对照组30例),治疗组治愈率70．3％,总有效率96．8％;对照组治愈率36．7％,总有效率93．3％。两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗皮炎湿疹疗效优于丁酸氢化可的松疗法。 |

| Abstract: | To evaluate the efficacy and safety of MEBO in treating dermatitis and eczema. Method: Patients were divided in random into 2 groups. In group A and B, MEBO or hydrocortisone butyrate ointment was applied respectively to the lesion area, 2 times a day in the morning and evening for 2 weeks. Result: 31 patients were treated with MEBO. The curative rate was 70. 3% and the total effective rate was 96. 8% . 30 patients were treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment. The curative rate was 36. 7% and the total effective rate was 93. 3% . The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: MEBO is superior to hydrocortisone butyrate ointment in treating dermatitis and eczema. |
