血府逐瘀汤联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤的实验研究

目的探讨化疗药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)联合血府逐瘀汤治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤的效果。方法72只小鼠常规移植肿瘤细胞H22制作移植肿瘤模型后,随机分为6组,并予生理盐水、5-Fu注射及血逐瘀汤低、中、高剂量灌胃和5-Fu与血府逐瘀汤的剂量联合应用观察其抑瘤作用和肿瘤坏死情况。结果联合治疗可以降低5-Fu的毒副反应,且小鼠抑瘤率明显高于血府逐瘀汤组和血府逐瘀汤组小鼠肿瘤可见明显的较大面积坏死区。结论抗血管生成制剂血府逐瘀汤联合5-Fu治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤有较好疗效。

Experimental study of effect of chemotherapy combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating transplanted tumor in mice

Objective It is to study the inhibitory action of chemotherapy combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating transplanted tumor in mice.Methods 72 mice were made the mice tumor model with normal methods that transplanted tumor H22,and were divided randomly into six groups,injected NS,5-Fu,and intragastric administration with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction of high,middle,low dosage,and 5-Fu combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The inhibition rate of tumor growth and the tumor necrosis rate were observed.Results 5-Fu combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can cut down the side effects of 5-Fu,and the inhibition rate of tumor growth were obviously higher than Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group,combined treatment and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can lead to the obvious necrosis of tumor.Conclusion Angiogenesis inhibitor Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with 5-Fu have good therapeutic effects in treating tumor.
