| 摘 要： | 北京大学临床肿瘤学院暨北京肿瘤医院在贯彻卫生部＂优质护理服务示范工程＂活动中,选择乳腺肿瘤内科、肝胆胰外科一病区作为试点病房,护理部指导试点病房对护理工作模式进行优化调整,使护理模式从功能制护理转变为责任制护理模式,进一步提高了科室临床护理工作效率,保证了护理工作安全,提升了护理管理水平,切实做到了使患者满意。 |

| Abstract: | To carry out High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project,Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Peking University selected department of galactophore cancer and the 1st section of hepatopancreatobiliary surgery department as pilot wards to adjust nursing model which changes from function based nursing to responsibility based nursing.The new model has improved clinical nursing efficiency,assured nursing security,promoted nursing management and improved patients＇ satisfaction. |
