| 摘 要： | 目的:比较水剂依托咪酯(Eto-PG)与乳剂依托咪酯(Eto-Lip)的作用与副作用。方法:选择拟全麻气管插管ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级的非高血压患者60例,随机分为静注Eto-PG或Eto-Lip 0.3mg/kg两组,记录注药前后血压、脉搏,观察起效时间及血管不耐受情况的出现。结果:两组用药后MAP、HR轻微下降,但与用药前比较均无统计学差异,两组呼吸抑制时间、睫毛反射消失时间及不自主肌肉运动发生率无统计学差异,静脉注射处异常感觉、静脉炎、血栓性静脉炎等血管不耐受现象Eto-PG组的发生率明显高于Eto-Lip组。结论:Eto-Lip仍具有起效迅速、诱导平稳的优点,且明显降低了Eto-PG的静脉注射处异常感觉及术后静脉炎、血栓性静脉炎等副作用的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare etomidate in propylene glycol(Eto-PG) with a new galenic preparation of etomidate solved in a lipid emulsion of soya-bean oil(Eto-Lip).Method:Sixty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:Eto-PG group and Eto-Lip group.The dosage of etomidate was 0.3mg/kg.Hemodynamic change and side effects(pain on iv-injection,involuntary movement, phlebitis, thrombophlebitis etc.) were observed.Result:There were no difference between the two groups in the incidence of involuntary movement.Side effects at the site of injection,both immediate and after operation,were encountered with Eto-PG but were not encountered in the lipid emulsion. Conclusion:Eto-Lip can reduce some undesired side effects without changing its pharmacodynamics. |
