腹腔镜保守手术治疗输卵管妊娠93例分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜保守手术治疗输卵管妊娠的有效性和安全性.方法:2007年10月至2009年9月白银市第一人民医院妇产科腹腔镜保守治疗输卵管妊娠93例与同期开腹手术56例作对比,比较两组平均手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院天数、血HCG下降率及持续性异位妊娠的发生率的各项指标.结果:与开腹组比较腹腔镜组平均手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院天数、血HCG下降率及持续性异位妊娠的发生率差异均有显著性,腹腔镜组明显优于对照组.结论:腹腔镜保守治疗输卵管妊娠使患者损伤小,恢复快,是首选治疗方法.

Clinical analysis of 93 patients with tubal pregnancy treated by laparoscopic oviduct-sparing operation

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic oviduct-sparing operation in treating tubal pregnancypatients.Methods:The tubal pregnancy patient of the first people’s hospital in baiyin city were chosen from Oct 2007 to Sep 2009 in which 93 patients were performed aparoscopic oviduct-sparing operation and 56 patients were performed abdominal surgery.Mean operative time,anus exhaust time,days of hospitalization,serum HCG decreased rate and the incidence of persistent ectopic pregnancy in two groups were compared.Results:There were significant difference in mean operative time,anus exhaust time,days of hospitalization,serum HCG decreased rate and the incidence of persistent ectopic pregnancy between two group in which laparoscopic oviduct-sparing operation group was significantly better than abdominal surgery group.Conclusion:The treatment of laparoscopic oviduct-sparing operation for tubal pregnancy patients is the first treatment method,less damage and rapid recovery.
