广州市鼠类及其体表蚤类的调查

摘    要:目的了解广州市鼠类及其体表蚤类的种群构成及分布.方法笼夜法.在广州市12个区(县)中,每区(县)设多个捕鼠点,捕获鼠经鉴定后采集其体表蚤类,计算鼠带蚤率和蚤指数.结果共捕获鼠形动物2 987只,总密度为14.31%.啮齿目动物2 792只,分1科3属8种,其中褐家鼠占67.46%,黄胸鼠占14.30%;食虫目动物195只,为臭鼩鼱1科1属1种.捡获蚤501匹,鼠染蚤率为14.25%,总蚤指数为0.65.鼠体表蚤类经鉴定分3属3种,印鼠客蚤占98.60%.结论广州市主要鼠种是褐家鼠,主要蚤种是印鼠客蚤,未发现人间及鼠间鼠疫.

Abstract:Objective To understand the composition and distribution of species of rodents and fleas on their body surface in Guangzhou city, Guangdong province. Methods Rodents were captured by cages at night in 12 districts and counties of Guangzhou city. Species of the captured rodents were identified and fleas were collected from their body surface and identified to estimate the percentage of rodents with fleas and flea index. Results Totally, 2 987 rodents were caught, including one species, three genera and eight families and 67.46 % of Rattus norvegicus and 14.30 % of Rattus flavipectus, respectively, with an overall density of rodents of 14.31%. As well, 195 insectivora were captured, only one species, one genera and one family classified as Suncus murinus. Five hundred and one fleas were caught, including three species and three genera were identified, with Xenopsylla cheopis as dominant species accounting for 98.60 % of the total and with a percentage of rodents with fleas of 14.25 % and an overall flea index of 0.65. Conclusion Overall density of rodents was 14.32% in Guangzhou city, with Rattus norvegicus as dominant species. Percentage of rodents with fleas was 14.25%, with X. heopis as dominant species. No plague was found in humans and rodents there.
