| 摘 要： | 目的探讨染色体异常在智力低下和性发育不良中的发生情况.方法取受检者外周血淋巴细胞培养,G显带核型分析.结果 248例患者中,染色体异常73例,占29.4%.结论在智力低下与性发育不良患者中,染色体检查是必要的诊断方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the chromosome variation in mental retardation , genital abnormalities and gonads degenerate patients. Methods:Karyotype analysis of the peripheral blood lymphocytes were carried out with G-banding. Results:29.4% (73 /248) of the patients was identified to have abnormal chromosome. Conclusions:Karyotype analysis is one of the main approaches in diagnosis of the chromosomal diseases. |
