复方血栓通胶囊联合激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊联合激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:在严格控制血糖基础上,将86例124只眼糖尿病视网膜病变的患者随机分成两组,治疗组42例65只眼采取复方血栓通胶囊联合激光治疗;对照组44例59只眼采取单纯激光治疗。观察两组视力及眼底荧光恢复情况。结果:治疗组视力恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论:复方血栓通胶囊联合激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变安全有效。

Curative Effect Observation of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule Combined with Laser in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective： To observe the curative effect of compound xueshuantong capsule combined with laser in di- abetic retinopathy. Method： 86 cases （124 eyes） of patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into two groups, based on the strict blood glucose control. The therapy of compound xueshuantong capsule combined with laser was adopted in the treatment group of 42 cases （65 eyes）, and only laser therapy adopted in the control group of 44 ca- ses （59 eyes）. The recovery of visual acuity and fundus fluorescein of the two groups were observed. Result： The re- covery of visual acuity of the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and no obvious untoward reactions were found during the treatment procedure. Conclusion： The therapy of compound xueshuantong capsule combined with laser therapy is effective and safe for diabetic retinopathy.
