心理干预对不同时期乳腺癌患者的作用研究

目的:对乳腺癌患者不同时期的心理特点进行分析,制定有效的干预措施,通过心理干预减轻患者焦虑,提高治疗效果。方法:在患者入院当日、手术前一日、化疗前一日、出院当日针对性的给予心理干预。结果:实施干预组的患者各种副反应发生率低于对照组。结论:心理干预对于减轻乳腺癌患者不同时期的焦虑情绪,提高治疗效果,具有一定的临床意义。

Curative Observation of Psychological Intervention on Patients with Breast Cancer in Different Period

Objective： To analyses psychological characteristics of the breast cancer patients in different periods in order to establish intervention measures to relieve their anxiety and improve the treatment effects. Method： By using the method of heart-to-heart talking, psychological intervention was targeted at the day when the patients were hospitalized, the day before operation, the day before receiving chemotherapy and the day when leaving the hospital. Result： The side reactions of the patients applied by the psychological intervention group were significantly less than that of the con- trol group. Conclusion： Psychological intervention has an clinical significance in relieving the breast cancer patients anxiety and improving the treatment effects.
