基于射频卡技术的医院一卡通管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:
长期以来,医院面临着门诊量大、门诊秩序混乱等问题。为了解决这种状况,方便患者就诊,优化门诊流程,利用自助设备、射频卡技术与计算机软件技术,开发了一套基于C#的医院一卡通管理系统。该系统利用科学优化的业务流程,严谨的程序设计算法,以及自助设备简便省时的优越性,将射频卡与患者信息绑定,实现了患者随时随地自助挂号和自助缴费的需求,减少了患者排队等待时间,提高了就诊效率,保障了医院信息化平台的发展。

Abstract:
For a long time, there are hidden troubles of medical environment and patient services in hospitals such as the large number of outpatient, confused orders and three-long and one-short problem. One-card-pass management system has been developed in hospitals based on the c # which depends on buffet equipment, radio frequency card tech- nology and computer software technology to make patients convenient and optimize service process of outpatients. The system relys on scientific business process, rigorous programming algorithm and the advantages of the self-help equip- ment in order to bind radio frequency card and patient i~fformation, realize the patient demand of registration and self- service payment whenever and wherever. Meanwhile, it reduces patients time, improves clinic efficiency and guarantees the development of hospital information platform.
