HPLC法测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液中连翘苷和连翘酯苷A的含量

目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液中连翘苷和连翘酯苷A的含量。方法采用Phe-nomen Luna C18(4.6 mm×250 mm5,μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果连翘苷和连翘酯苷A与其相邻杂质峰能完全分离,连翘苷和连翘酯苷A进样量分别在0.030 3～0.545 4μgr,=0.999 5,0.019 8～0.356 4μgr,=0.999 6浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.35%,RSD=0.097%(n=6),99.48%,RSD=0.15%(n=6)。结论本法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of phillyrin and forsythoside A in Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Oral Solution by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of phillyrin and forsythoside A in Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Oral Solution.Methods Phenomen Luna C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution by gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 280 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results Phillyrin and forsythoside A could be completely separated from impurity peaks.The linear ranges of phillyrin and forsythoside A were respectively 0.030 3～0.545 4 μg,r=0.999 5 and 0.019 8～0.356 4 μg,r=0.999 6,and the average recoveries were 99.35% with RSD of 0.097%(n=6) and 99.48% with RSD of 0.15%(n=6).Conclusion The method was convenient,reliable and accurate,and it can be used for the quality control of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Oral Solution.
