| 摘 要： | 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定柴栀舒肝丸中栀子苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为238 nm。结果栀子苷进样量在0.168 6～3.372 0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.3%。结论本法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于柴栀舒肝丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Chaizhi Shugan Pills. Methods Geniposide was separated on Zorbax SB - C18 （4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm） column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile - water 115：85 ） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1 and the detection wavelength was 238 nm. Results The linear range of geniposide was 0. 168 6- 3. 372 0 μg （ r = 0. 999 7 ） , the average recovery was 99.3 % and the RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion The method was convenient, rapid and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Chaizhi Shugan Pills. |
