蚓激酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察蚓激酶胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将急性脑梗死患者1250例随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予蚓激酶治疗。观察两组疗效及治疗后神经功能缺损评分、血浆纤维蛋白原水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为96.18%,对照组总有效率为84.39%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分及血浆纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论蚓激酶胶囊治疗急性脑梗死临床效果显著,能够显著改善患者的神经功能。

Clinical Observation of Lumbrokinase with Acute Cerebral Infarction
