肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症疗效观察及安全性的探讨

目的　评价肺表面活性物质 (PS)替代治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症 (NRDS )的疗效及安全性。方法　对我院NICU的 2 3例NRDS患儿使用PS治疗 ,观察用药前后比较患儿氧合和肺功能指标及呼吸机参数的变化 ,常见并发症的发生率。结果　用药后患儿氧合和肺功能指标及呼吸机参数均明显改善 ,与用药前比较 ,差异有非常显著意义。用药后患儿脑出血 ,肺出血 ,动脉导管未闭和肺炎等并发症的发生率分别为 2 1.7%,17.4%,3 0 .4%和 78.3 %。结论　PS能快速 ,有效地改善NRDS患儿的肺功能及肺泡充气程度 ,只要用药方法及给药速度得当 ,治疗中注意无菌操作 ,应用PS治疗NRDS是安全有效的

The efficiency observation and safe evaluation of the pulmonary surfactant replacement therapy for neonatal distress syndrome

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pulmonary surfactant(PS)in the replacement therapy for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods 23 NRDS infants from NICU in Shilong people's Hospital were treated with PS.The changes of the oxygenization and lung function, ventilator parameters after the Therapy and the incidence of the common complications were observed.Results The Oxygenization and lung function,ventilator parameters showed significant improvements after surfactant administration and were significant different from the levels before the treatment.The incidences of the intracranial hemorrhage, pneumonic hemorrhage, patent ductus arteriousus and pneumonia were 21.7%, 17.4%, 30.4% and 78.3%,respectively.Conclusions PS could rapidly, effectively and safely improve the lung function and lung aeration in NRDS infants.
