荨麻抗风湿活性部位研究

目的筛选荨麻抗风湿活性部位,为荨麻的开发利用提供理论依据。方法萃取法制备不同极性的溶剂部位(石油醚部位、乙醚部位、醋酸乙酯部位、水溶性部位),小鼠急性耳廓肿法、棉球肉芽肿法筛选抗炎活性部位;小鼠热板法、醋酸扭体法筛选镇痛活性部位。结果醋酸乙酯部位具有显明的抗炎和镇痛活性,能明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠急性耳廓肿、小鼠棉球肉芽肿及热板、冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛。结论醋酸乙酯部位为荨麻抗风湿活性部位,值得进一步研究。

Studies on the Anti -rheumatism Fraction from Urtica fissa

Objective To study the anti-rheumatism fraction in Herba Urticase,and to provide theoretic basis for its further exploitation and utilization.Methods Different fractions were isolated by extraction with different polar solvents,i.e.petroleum,diethy1 ether,ethy1 acetate and aqua.These fractions were screened by anti-inflammatory and analgestic experiments.The inhibition of auricle edema induced by xylene and pain caused by hot board and acetic in mice was used to test the anti-rheumatism effect.Results Four fractions were isolated from Urtica fissa,among which ethy1 acetate part had obvious anti-inflammatory and analgestic effects.It could inhibit the ear edema induced by xylene,granuloma induced by cotton ball and pain caused by hot borad and acetic acid in mice.Conclusion The extraction of ethy1 acetate is the active part with anti-rheumatism effect in Urtica fissa.
