摘 要: | 目的:探讨多频听觉稳态诱发反应,短音诱发听性脑干反应的频率特性及其反应阈、主观听阈与纯音听阈的关系。方法:对正常听力青年28名(56耳)分别采用多频听觉稳态诱发反应、短纯音诱发听性脑干反应及纯音测听记录三者0.5kHz、1kHz、2kHz、4kHz反应阈及主观听阈,记录数据通过SPSS11.5软件进行分析。结果:多频听觉稳态诱发反应阈除0.5kHz处有显著性差异(P<0.001)外,1、2、4kHz 3个频率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。多频听觉稳态诱发反应阈与纯音听阈差值18~27dB。短音诱发听性脑干反应阈和主观听阈除0.5、1kHz处有显著性差异(P<0.001)外,2、4kHz均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。短音诱发听性脑干反应阈与纯音听阈差值为15~24dB,短音诱发听性脑干反应阈与主观听阈差值为14~20dBnHL。结论:多频听觉稳态诱发反应与短音诱发听性脑干反应均具有频率特异性,两者与纯音听阈间均有较好相关性,特别是在2、4kHz部分。

Abstract: | Objective:To explore frequentcy specificity and the correlation of auditory steady-state response (ASSR), tone-pip elicited auditory brainstem response(tone-pip ABR) and pure tone audiometry(PTA). Methods: ASSR, tonepip ABR,PTA were recorded from 28 normal hearing adults(56 ears). Responses threshold of ASSR, tone-pip ABR, PTA were compared with each other in 0. 5kHz, 1 kHz, 2kHz, 4kHz to get the correlation factors and regression formulation statistical analysis was made by SPSS11.5. Results:There are significant difference at 0.5kHz for ASSR, at other three frequencies, no significant differences. ASSR thresholds are 18~27dB higher than the PTA thresholds at correspond frequencies. There are significant difference at 0. 5, l kHz for tone-pip ABR, at other two frequencies, no significant differences. The response thresholds and behavioral thresholds of tone-pip ABR are higher 14~24dB or 13~20dB than at other three frequencies, no significant differences respectivly. Conclusion: ASSR and tone-pip ABR are frequency specific and can be used to predict the pure tone audiogram. The study illustrate that the correlation of the responses threshold of ASSR, tone-pip ABR, PTA are strong, especially in 2,4kHz. |
