| 摘 要： | 检测某村７５例精神发育迟滞（ＭＲ）患者和１５２名正常人的智商和手纹，探讨手纹与ＭＲ和智商的关系。单因素、多因素和典型相关分析结果显示：ＭＲ组皮纹特征主要是右手尺箕纹增多，并明显集中在右手的拇指和中指，双手中指箕形纹增多和斗形纹减少，左手拇指嵴线数减少；该村ＭＲ患者的常识能力低下与手纹有一定联系。

| Abstract: | he intelligence quotient(IQ)and dermatoglyphic features of 75 subjects with
mental retardation(MR)and 152 volunteers within the range of normal IQ were determined at a
vil-lage in Dayong city, and the relationship between IQ and dermatoglyphics was
analysed.Uni-variate and multivariate analyses showed that the main dermatoglyphic features
of MR were:(1)more ulnar loop of the right hand(significantly appearing on digit 1, 3),(2)more
loopand whorl deficiencv on thumb of the left hand.The canonical correlation analysis
indicatedthat the feature of MR was intelligeiice deficiency in this area and associated with
dermato-giphics. This report has an important and active significance on early training of MR
pa-tients and preventing mental handicap. |
