替米沙坦治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压患者效果分析

目的 评价替米沙坦治疗2型糖尿病伴高血压患者的疗效.方法 68例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分为替米沙坦组和对照组（氨氯地平）,分析两组的疗效.结果 替米沙坦组和对照组患者治疗后收缩压和舒张压均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.替米沙坦组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数较其试验前及与对照组治疗后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而对照组患者治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 替米沙坦治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压患者具有较好的临床效果.

Efficacy evaluating of telmisartan in treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanying hypertension

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of telmisartan in treating patients with type 2 diabetes accompanied with hypertension. Methods Totally 68 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension patients in our hospital were randomly divided into telmisartan group and the control group （ amlodipine）, and the treatment efficacy was compared. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of telmisartan group and the control group decreased significantly after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin and insulin resistance index after telmisartan treatment were lower statistically than those （ P 〈 0.05 ） in telmisartan group before treatment and control group after treatment, while there were no significant differences in control group after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Telmisartan has a better efficacy in reducing blood pressure in paitents with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
