尖锐湿疣患者外周血IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、IL-4因子水平检测及临床意义

目的探讨尖锐湿疣患者外周血白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-12、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、IL-4因子水平的表达及临床意义。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月该院收治的尖锐湿疣患者50例作为研究组,另选取同期在该院进行体检的健康者50例作为对照组。采用流式细胞仪对两组研究对象外周血IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、IL-4及CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞亚群水平进行检测。结果研究组IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、Th1/Th2水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IL-4水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尖锐湿疣患者外周血IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、IL-4因子水平存在明显异常。

Detection and clinical significance analysis of the levels of IL-2,IL-12,IFN-gamma and IL-4 in peripheral blood of patients with condyloma acuminatum

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum levels of interleukin(IL)-2,IL-12,interferon(IFN)-γ and IL-4 in patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods A total of 50 patients with condyloma acuminata admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled as the study group.And a total of 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.Peripheral blood in IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γ,and IL-4 were measured by flow cytometry.And CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+T cell subsets were tested.The levels of IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γ,IL-4,Th1/Th2,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ and T cell subsets were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γand Th1/Th2 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-4 level between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CD8^+ level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γand IL-4 in peripheral blood of patients with condyloma acuminata have showed abnormal.
