丙型肝炎HCV RNA载量与肝功能指标的关系研究

目的探讨丙型肝炎患者HCV RNA载量与肝功能指标间的关系。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月在该院就诊的丙型肝炎患者115例为研究组,同期健康体检者30例为对照组。比较两组患者的HCV RNA载量、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、清蛋白(ALB)及球蛋白(GLB)水平,分析HCV RNA载量与肝功能指标间的关系。结果研究组ALT、AST、GLB水平高于对照组(P<0.05),ALB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组男性患者ALT水平高于女性患者(P<0.05),ALB水平低于女性患者(P<0.05)。HCV RNA不同载量组的ALT、AST、GLB水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着HCV RNA载量水平的升高,AST、ALT水平逐渐升高。结论丙型肝炎患者ALT、AST、ALB和GLB水平与健康人群比较存在明显差异,且不同HCV RNA载量患者AST、ALT、GLB水平也存在差异,故可将其作为评价丙型肝炎患者肝脏损伤的重要参考指标。

Study on the relationship between HCV RNA load and liver function indexs of hepatitis C

Objective To investigate the relationship between HCV RNA load and liver function indexs in patients with hepatitis C.Methods A total of 115 patients with hepatitis C treated at the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study group,and 30 healthy people were selected as the control group.The levels of HCV RNA load,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),albumin(ALB)and globulin(GLB)were compared between the two groups,the relationship between HCV RNA load and liver function indexs was analyzed.Results The levels of ALT,AST and GLB in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of ALB was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Male patients of the study group had higher ALT level than female patients(P<0.05),and ALB level was lower than female patients(P<0.05).The ALT,AST and GLB levels of different HCV RNA load groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and as the HCV RNA load level increased,the AST and ALT levels gradually increased.Conclusion The levels of ALT,AST,ALB and GLB in patients with hepatitis C are different from those in healthy people,and the levels of AST,ALT and GLB in patients with different HCV RNA load are also different,which can be used as important reference indexs to evaluate liver injury in patients with hepatitis C.
