| 摘 要： | 食管癌是我国常见的消化道肿瘤,预后较差.进一步提高诊断的准确性可以有效提高治疗效果.目前,18F-FDG PET 或PET/CT在食管癌评估中的应用越来越多,主要用来探查远处转移情况及评估治疗反应.半定量分析的诊断方法可提供患者的预后信息,也可用于制定患者的个体化治疗.本篇综述将讨论图像方法尤其是18F-FDG PET及 PET/CT在食管癌评估中的作用.

| Abstract: | In China,esophageal cancer is very common.Imaging plays an important role in the initial selection of pat tients for tri-modality therapy and in evaluating responses to neoadjuvant chemoradiation prior to surgery.At present,there is increasing use of 18F-FDG PET or PET/CT in management of esophageal cancer to identify distant metastasis and to assess response to therapy.Semiquantitative analysis may provide prognostic information and be used in individual therapy.This review will discuss the role of imaging... |
