| 摘 要： | 目的比较Cortisomol糊剂和氧化锌碘仿糊剂根管充填的临床疗效。方法选取70例因牙髓炎和根尖周炎于我院口腔门诊行根管治疗的病例共84颗患牙,随机分为两组,分别用Cortisomol糊剂和氧化锌碘仿糊剂进行根管充填,半年之后复查,观察疗效。结果Cortisomol糊剂根充成功率为95．6％,氧化锌碘仿糊剂成功率为76．9％,两组差别有显著性。结论Cortisomol糊剂疗效优于氧化锌碘仿糊剂,是一种良好的根充材料。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect ofpermanat root canal filling of Cortismol paste with Zinc Oxide Iodoform paste. Methods 84 teeth of 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the experiment group(Cortismol) and the control group (Zinc Oxide lodoform). The effect of treatment was observed after half a year. Results The effective rate of cortisomol was 95.6%, The effective rate of Zinc Oxide lodoform was 76.9%. The difference of the two treatment was prominent Conclusions The effective rate of cortisomol paste is better than Zinc Oxide lodoform, Cortismol paste is a good root canal filling material. |
