摘    要:目的:研究三种盖髓剂对软化牙本质的再矿化作用.方法:用三种盖髓剂氟化钙、氢氧化钙、氧化锌作为垫底材料,置于离体牙人工龋的龋面上,分别垫底1、2、3个月,用显微硬度计测量牙本质的硬度.结果用氟化钙垫底组的显微硬度值明显高于氢氧化钙和氧化锌垫底组(P<0.01),氟化钙垫底时间越长,对软化牙本质的矿化作用越强(P<0.01).结论:氟化钙是一种具有再矿化作用的垫底材料.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of there different pulp-cop on the recalcification of decalcified dentin.Methods: Using culciuna fluoride as a padding on the decayed faces of artificial caries of isolated teeth After one,two,three minths microsclerometer can be used to measure the hardness of dentin.Wheile padding calcium hydronine,Zine Oxide as controls.Results: the microhardness of Calcium fluoride was much higher than that of calcium hydroxine and Zine Oxide (P<0.01).And the longer the time was,the stronger the effects on the calcificatim of decalcified dentin was. Conclusion: Calcium fluride(CaF2)is a padding with recalcification.
