某高校医学生身心健康状况调查分析

目的 了解某高校医学生身心健康状况。方法 以班级为单位，采用整群随机抽样的方法，利用中国身心健康量表（CPSHS），对某高校医学生428例进行问卷调查。结果身心健康障碍发生率为29．21％。影响身心健康多因素分析结果显示，女性、人际关系不良、障碍型人格分别是身心健康的危险因素，OR值分别为2．1（1．285～3．431），8．084（2．429～26．897），4．054（2．382～6．9）。结论 该高校医学生总体身心健康状况良好，但女性大学生和具有障碍型人格、人际关系不良的大学生容易发生身心健康障碍。

Survey on Mental Health Status of Medical Students in a University

Objective To understand the mental health status of medical students in a university. Method 428 students were selected as the subjects of this cross - sectional study by cluster random sampling in a university. The data were collected by the questionnaire of Chinese Psychosomatic Health Scale（CPSHS） and logistic regression analysis method was utilized to study the related influencial factors. Results The rate of psychosomatic disturbance is 29.21%. The results of logistic regression analyses showed that female[ OR = 2.1 （ 1. 285 - 3. 431 ） ] , interpersonal tensions [ OR = 8. 084 （ 2. 429 - 26. 897 ） ] and personality disorder [ OR = 4.054 （ 2. 382 - 6.9 ） ] are the risk factors. Conclusion The overall psychosomatic health condition of medical students is good, but female students and others with per- sonality disorders or interpersonal tensions are prone to cause psychosomatic disturbance.
