| 摘 要： | 目的观察灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择2005年1月～2008年1月在北京天坛医院神经内科住院符合病例入选标准的急性脑梗死患者,随机分成灯盏细辛治疗组和安慰剂对照组,在保证脑梗死基本治疗基础上,分别于用药前、用药后15d采用中医症状分级量表进行评分,并将治疗组与对照组进行比较,评价灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性脑梗死的有效性。结果显示用药后2组中医症状分级量表评分、中医中风疗效评价比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛对于治疗急性脑梗死有较好的临床疗效。 |
