| 摘 要： | 健康权是公民的一项基本人权,国家对乡村医生培训有利于实现?保护公民的健康权?本文从健康权的国家义务角度探析乡村医生培训的理论依据,得出如下结论:乡村医生培训是法律赋予乡村医生的权利和义务,是卫生法保护公民健康原则的体现,符合生命伦理学对医生职业规范的要求,是我国现阶段卫生工作方针和现代医学模式对医学教育影响的必然结果?
