| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨血及尿中白细胞介素 - 8(IL- 8)水平变化在狼疮肾炎 (L N)中的临床意义。方法 :采用 EL ISA夹心法对 15例活动期 L N患者治疗前、经 CTX加激素治疗后 8周及 14例正常对照组进行血及尿中 IL- 8水平检测。结果 :L N患者血及尿中 IL- 8水平显著高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;L N患者治疗前血及尿中 IL- 8水平明显高于治疗后 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :血及尿中 IL- 8水平升高与狼疮性肾炎的病变活动密切相关 ,可有助于作为 L N活动和预后评估的重要参数之一。 |

Clinical significance of interlenkin-8 detection in serum and urine in activating lupus nephritis |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of the level of interleukin-8 from serum and urine of lupus nephritis(LN).Methods:To detect the level of interleukin-8 in 15 active LN before therapy,after eight weeks by using CTX with hormone and 14 normal controls from blood and urine by ELISA.Results The level of interlukin-8 in blood and urine from patients were significantly higher than the controls ( P <0.05).The serum and urine level of interleukin-8 from patients before therapy were increased compared with the level of after therapy′s.Conclusion:The increasing of interleukin 8 in serum and urine has a closely relationship with the activity of LN,and canact as an important parameter to value the activity and prognosis of LN. |
