反相高效液相色谱法测定双黄连注射液中黄芩苷的含量

目的：探讨双黄连注射液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱（RP-HPLC）法，固定相为Nova-PakC18反相柱；流动相为甲醇-冰醋酸-水（48∶1∶52），在276nm波长处检测。结果：该方法的线性范围为0.15～1.20μg（r=0.9996），平均回收率为104.24%，RSD=1.59%（n=5）。结论：该法简便、快速、准确，灵敏度高，重现性好，可作为控制双黄连注射液质量的方法。

Content determination of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian Injection by RP - HPLC

Objective：To investigate a method for determination of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian injection. Methods： The RP-HPLC method was employed by taking Nova-Pak C18 column as fixed phase and methanol-acetic acid glacial-water（48：1： 52） as mobile phase. The detection wave length was 276 nm. Results：The method was linear within the range of 0.15-1.20ug （r=0.999 6）, the average recovery was 104.24%, RSD=1.59%（n=5）. Conclusion：This HPLC method is convenient, rapid, ac- curate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for quality control in the production of Shuanghuanglian Injection.
